Guides, Tools and Templates for Revenue Teams
Everything here follows the same recommendations as the articles. Use it to set up your own systems. When you’d rather have the full version built and run on your own book, that’s what ABPRO_ does.
The tools run in your browser. Nothing you type or paste into them leaves the page.
Guides
Implementing Signals and Attribution for Power Law Businesses How to build one thread from the ad click to the revenue, the question that says what a lead is likely to be worth, and the one conversion the platforms should bid on. Read the guide What’s in it One ID from the ad click to the revenue, across every system you runThe funnel, stage by stage, with a first and a last timestamp for eachEvery door named, every link tagged the same way, everything captured at the formAttribution without cookies: raw source and PRO source, through map filesThe one question that sorts, and the one conversion the platforms bid onGet the whole guide as a PDF, by email
The Numbers, Defined Net revenue, variable costs, contribution, R2M, the payback month and baseline. One definition each, used the same way on every page of this site. Read the definitionsTools
- Open now URL & UTM Builder Tag every link the same way. Copy the tracking template for each ad platform, build the links you place yourself, and check any link for what will break your attribution. In ABPRO_, the maps turn every tag into the source, medium and campaign your reports read, and fold the old spellings in. Open the builder
- Open now Capacity Planner Start from a revenue target and work back to the new accounts, leads, marketing budget and reps it takes to get there, and when those accounts pay back. In ABPRO_, the Capacity Plan runs on your book’s real figures, read by Power Law tier, with the 12-month plan, hiring and payback. Open the planner
- Open now Comp Plan Simulator Set a base and a commission, put two reps under the plan, and see who it pays more: the rep who signs more accounts, or the rep who brings in more revenue. In ABPRO_, the Comp Plan runs on your own book, read by Power Law tier, with a statement for every rep. Open the simulator
