What this site collects, and what happens to it
Updated November 2, 2026
Power Law Performance is published by Broad Eye Solutions LLC, PO Box 3243, Wakefield, MA 01880. Questions about your information go to hello@powerlawperformance.com.
When you sign up
Every sign-up form on the site sends the same few things, whether it’s for the newsletter, a guide’s PDF or a tool’s download:
- your email address
- which form you used and the page it was on
- the campaign tags in the link that brought you, if it had any (the utm_ part of an address)
- the page that sent you to the site, the country your connection comes from, and your browser’s name and version
- for a guide’s PDF, which guide you asked for and the version you were sent
- that you ticked the consent box, and which wording of it you agreed to
They’re kept in a Google Sheet that only Broad Eye Solutions can open, and in MailerLite, the service that sends the emails. They’re used to contact you as the consent box says: the newsletter, the welcome emails, the PDFs you ask for and a newer version of a guide you asked for. They also show which pages and links bring sign-ups. Your email address is never sold, and never shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Every form has a consent box. Ticking it gives Broad Eye Solutions your permission to use what you provide to contact you in the future. Nothing is saved until it’s ticked.
The emails
MailerLite records whether an email is opened and which of its links are clicked, so it’s clear which pieces readers use. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, this page will say so first, and visitors in the EU and the UK will be asked before anything is counted.
The tools under Resources save what you type in your own browser, so it’s still there when you come back. It stays on your device and is never sent to the site.
The site itself
Cloudflare hosts the site, so your connection’s address passes through Cloudflare to deliver each page. The site doesn’t keep it. Links to the booking calendar (Google Calendar), abovebaselinepro.com and GitHub go to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Seeing, changing or removing your information
Email hello@powerlawperformance.com and ask. You’ll get a copy of what’s kept about you, a correction, or its removal from the sheet and from MailerLite, whichever you ask for.
Changes
This page changes when the site changes what it collects, and the date at the top moves with it.
